Being former military, serving 8 years in the Royal Navy, Stu has a hard but effective way of achieving results and goals. Being a keen rugby player and having played to a high level he has experience in sport specific training and has coached two local rugby teams. Stu is an experianced cyclist and teaches children in the worcestershire area.
With Stu’s focus and determination you will achieve the results you desire in a fun and unique way.
He is trained in Kettlebells, Boxing, Spinning and Nike Sports Strength and Conditioning which works with a range of equipment to fulfil the requirements of your workout and keep it exciting. Stu has run a successful Boot Camp with Tom in the Birmingham and Coventry area. Using high intensity exercises along with the push and motivation you receive from Stu, you will have an all body workout and be looking forward to the next session.

Tom’s dedication and commitment to training and fitness, comes from over a decade’s worth of national level competitive swimming. Tom has recently taken up competing in triathlon’s and hoping to compete in the Ironman triathlon series, so watch this space.
With a vast knowledge of training styles along with a BSc Sports and Exercise Science degree, Tom is hugely experienced in the construction of an individualised training regime to reach your personal goals. Creating a fun and energetic environment Tom will have you smashing your targets in no time, leaving you eager to get the next session under way. Tom currently runs a successful Bootcamp programme with Stu, as well as working as a strength and conditioning coach for a local swimming club.
